Paul J. Knoetgen, 79, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2013, in Abilene, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Frances; son, Kenneth and his wife Peggy; daughter, Lorrie and her husband Patrick; and daughter Brook. The family will have a private service.
