David Michael Grzesik

David Michael Grzesik, age 58, of Acton, Ontario passed away with family by his side on Thursday June 5, 2025. Beloved husband of Marilyn for 25 years. Step father of Matthew and Adam Macphail. Brother of Norman, and Ronald, and Marianne Oxtoby. Uncle of Gordon Grzesik.

From a young age Dave followed in his father's footsteps and became a Class A mechanic for the Toronto Transit Commission. An avid outdoors man Dave enjoyed hunting, and fishing.

A visitation for Dave will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill St. East, Acton, ON L7J 1H4. A funeral service to follow at 12:00 PM. Interment will be held Lowville United Church Cemetery, 2707 Britannia Rd, Burlington, ON L7P 0A8.

Road Closures in effect:

During the construction road resurfacing project of Acton Mill & Main Street, the entrance to Mackinnon Funeral Home will be located from John St. The local access is from both ends of Bower St.

If traveling from the 401, continue on Hwy 25 North and follow the detour route - turning left on sideroad 25, Right on Dublin Line, Right on Hwy 7. Local access will be granted for Funeral attendees from the road closure at 7 to allow entry onto Main St., Please make yourself known you are attending a funeral. From Main St. Turn left onto River St, Right onto Willow, Left onto Bower, and Right onto John St.
