Ella passed away peacefully at Extendicare Halton Hills on October 27, 2009. She was the beloved wife of the late Russell (Bus) Morton and loving mother of Judy (Bruce) Cargill and Margie (Bill) Wainwright.
Ella was the loved grandmother of Paul (Sarah) Cargill, Peter (Dana) Cargill, Tracy (Dean) Tolton.
and the very special great-grandmother of Kenya and Kaylum Cargill.
She was the daughter of Earle and Agnes Marshall and sister of Ann McNiven and Jim Marshall.
Ella was predeceased by Alice, Allan, Charlotte Holmes, her twin brother (Bob), Gord and Bill.
The family will receive friends at the MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill Street East, Acton
on Thursday, October 29, 2009 from 2.00 to 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 to 9.00 p.m. The Legion Ladies’ Auxiliary Tribute will be held at 7:00 p.m.
The funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. Pieter van Harten in the “Shoemaker Chapel” on Friday, October 30th at two o’clock.
The interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
