Carolyn was born April 18, 1939 in Jefferson City, Alabama to the late Fred O. and Irma Carolyn (Parker) Brown.
Carolyn was a member of Lacy Springs Baptist Church in Alabama. She was also a member of the VFW Annex. She enjoyed scrapbooking in her spare time.
Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husbands, and her son Grant Lewis.
Carolyn is survived by her sons, Terrell Lewis, Michael Lewis, Jonathan Lewis, and Andrew Lewis, 22 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren, her sister, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Carolyn will be held Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Rose Hill Funeral Home & Burial Park, 3653 W Market St, Akron, Ohio 44333.
Carolyn will be laid to rest in Rose Hill Funeral Home & Burial Park, 3653 W Market St, Akron, OH 44333.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
