Dorothy was born January 14, 1931 in Cuyahoga Falls to the late Bert and Harriet (Wagner) Johnson. Though born here, Dorothy traveled extensively, she lived in Florida for several years before returning to the Akron area.
Dorothy enjoyed completing word search puzzles, she was a devout Christian, and enjoyed Christian music.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Cable, he passed May 7, 2000.
A memorial service for Dorothy will be celebrated 12:00PM, at Rose Hill Funeral Home, 3652 W. Market St in Akron, Interment immediately following the service in Rose Hill Burial Park.
