Margaret Middleton Azar, age 93, of Wadsworth, Ohio a beloved mother, grandmama and great- grandmama passed away peacefully on Monday, April 14, 2025 with her family by her side. Margaret was born on November 14, 1931, in Wilkes Barre, PA to the late Edward and Helen Middleton.
Margaret was a faithful member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church in Akron, Ohio. Her greatest passion was the love she had for her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a talented artist, leaving behind many beautiful canvas oil paintings for her family to cherish for years to come. Margaret is survived by her loving children Denise Benko (CharlesU), Lisa Yerian (Lane), Michelle Francisco (Ronald), David Azar (Nancy), Erika Wright (Kevin), Christian Azar and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren that will miss their grandmama dearly. Margaret was preceded in death by her best friend and husband Kenneth Azar Sr. and dear grandson, Landon Azar Francisco.
A private graveside memorial service was held at Rose Hill Burial Park on Thursday, April 17, 2025 where Margaret was laid to rest next to her husband Ken.
