Pamela S. Boothe

Pamela was a 1965 Tallmadge High School graduate. She moved to Kentucky around 1978 which is where she acquired her nursing degree and worked in the medical field for several years. She was very involved and committed to her church there, which included singing in the choir. Her favorite book in the bible is Psalms. She moved back to Ohio, to be closer to family and enjoy her grandchildren. Her hobbies are always related to her gift of creating. Whether it be coloring with colored pencils, markers, chalk, paint or sculpting she was always up for a new challenge. She loved working with her plants and the flower garden that she created in front of her building for everyone to enjoy and to make fresh bouquets from. She loved being around the group of close friends at her residence, where she was also a board member. They played cards, watched movies, shared meals and fellowship. She also enjoyed the time she had with her family, Her last few months were spent in hospice, being pampered and surrounded by family consistently. I'm sure that brought her great joy as well as all of us who love her.

Proceeded in her death her parents, and her sister Deborah (David) Lyons.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory sisters Denise Shiffler, (FL), Lori Shiffier, her children Amy ( Dwight) Austin, and Todd Boothe. 13 grandchildren, bonuses included, Tanesha Smith, Charles (Kwanda) Smith, Tomy (Julie) Smith, Kristina, Steven(Aly) Boothe, Kyle Boothe,

Kamille Austin, Kamaree Austin, Dwight Austin Jr., 20 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Childhood friend Sandy Goble, longtime friend Barbara King, and dear friends from her residence, Hansi, Thelma, Jeanette, and Joann to name a few. Last but not least her kitty cat Oskar.

Memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 30th, 2023, 4-6pm at

Cascade Faith Ministries, 1670 Shatto Avenue Akron, Ohio 44313.
