Sophie was very active in the Akron Greek Community. She was honored by GAPA for 50 years of service. Sophie loved to needle point and loved being around her family.
Funeral Liturgy will be held Wednesday, April 29, 11am at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church 129 S. Union Street, Akron. The family will receive friends and the CATAVOLOS FUNERAL HOME 3653 W. Market Street, Fairlawn, Tuesday 6-8pm with a Trisagion service at 6:30pm.
