Casey Lynn Kidder-Saldana

She was born October 25, 1973 in Jackson the daughter of Roger and Janet Rae (Yerby) Cole.

Casey was gentle, strong and giving; she cared about others well-being and gave her time and efforts as a Peer Counselor, helping those in need with resources and also started the SADD (students against drunk driving) program. She was a faithful, listening ear to those who needed it. She was also a devoted wife and mother who loved time spent with her family and close friends and also loved peaceful long walks outdoors, tent camping and a good bonfire. She loved to read; enjoyed fiction, mystery and historical fiction novel and the occasional comedy on TV. She enjoyed doing word search puzzles and playing Yahtzee and Uno with her family, baking, making jams and could often be found in front of her loom making rugs or loom knitting.

Casey leaves to cherish her memory, her father, Roger (Bev) Cole, Mother, Janet Cole, her husband of 11 years, Rudy Saldana, children: Trenton Cole, Brittany (Troy) Moser, Austin Cole, Jared Cole, Nicholas Kidder, Colin Kidder, sister, Amanda Cole, brother, Roger Lee (Jennifer) Cole, special close friend, Susan (David) Blake and many other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband and very loving father to her youngest three children, Ronald Kidder who passed in 2011.

A graveside service will be held to celebrate Casey’s life on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 1PM at Riverside Cemetery on S. Superior St in Albion with Pastor Bill Pogue officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made directly to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
