Cathy Elaine Larry, age 59 of Albion, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Bronson of Battle Creek. She was born December 14, 1955 in Escambia County, Alabama the daughter of Rocellious and Barbara (Riley) Etheridge. Her father precedes her in death. Also preceding her in death is a son, Anthony Larry, mother-in-law, Ola Mae Dickey, paternal grandmother, Carrie Lee Etheridge, maternal grandparents, George and Mattie Riley, Sr, sister, Theresa Elbert, sisters-in-laws, Annie Luckie and Cathleen Burnett.

Cathy married Joseph Larry on August 26, 1976 in Battle Creek, MI and he survives. She worked 27 years at State Farm and 7 years for Calhoun County. She enjoyed sewing, working with children and shopping, especially for shoes. She was a faithful member of Grace Temple Church of God in Christ.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Joseph Larry, mother, Barbara (David) Lee, son, James (Nada) Larry; siblings Michael (Sonja) Stanley, Brenda (Tony) Davis, Sandra Wimberly; brothers and sister-in –laws: James (Belinda) Larry, Edward (Denice) Larry, Terry (Anastasia) Dickey, Carolyn Reeves, Eva Dickey, Paula Evans, Jacklyn (Skip) Prater, Beatrice Webb, Melissa Dickey, Juanita Dickey and numerous extended family and close friends.

Cathy’s family will celebrate her life with a home going service on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Grace Temple Church of God in Christ, 711 Grace Street, Albion, MI beginning with family hour at 11:00 AM followed by a service at 12 NOON with Pastor Stephen C. Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Albion Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Temple Church.
