Doris L. Sandusky, 89 of Parma, passed away Saturday March 31, 2012 at Allegiance Hospice Home, Jackson Michigan. She was born 1922 in Ottowa Lake, Michigan to George and Odessa Melchior. She married Frederick Sandusky in 1947 he proceeded her in death in 2004.
She enjoyed hunting and fishing with her family and loved to dine out.
She is survived by:
Sons- Dennis Sandusky of Parma
Phillip Sandusky of Kincheloe
Sister-Grace Labun
Grandson- Chad Chmiel
Great Grandchildren- Ryan Chmiel and Collin Chmiel
She had several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband and daughter Darlene Chmiel
Visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday April 3, 2012 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Drive, Albion, Michigan 49224. Funeral Service will be Wednesday April 4, 2012 at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
