Karl Louis Lagoy

Karl Louis Lagoy, 83 of Homer, Michigan passed away on Thursday June 1, 2017, at the McLaren Hospital of Lansing, Michigan. Karl was born in 1934 to Anton and Pauline (Lipar) Lagoy in Herrietta, Michigan. He graduated from the Albion High School in 1952. Karl was employed with the Albion Elevator Company for over 20 years. He enjoyed gardening, cutting, and then splitting wood and making vintage wines. Karl had a special place in his heart for his loving wife, children, other family and friends.

Karl was preceded in death by his parent. His leaves behind to cherish loving memories his loving wife of 60 years, Arleen (Splude) Lagoy, daughter Karleen (Scott) Douglas of Homer, his son Larry (Nancy) Lagoy of Frankfort, KY, and two sisters, Louise (Dennis) Anderson of Homer and Betty (Tom) Richards of Constantine, Michigan.

Karl faithfully served in the United states Army.

Memorial Service for Karl will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday June 10, 2017 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness on C-Drive North. Richard Bertchinger, officiating.
