Lloyd Andrew Rose Sr.

Lloyd Andrew Rose, Sr., age 64 of Hanover passed away at his home with his family by his side on Saturday, December 23, 2017. He was born June 8, 1953 in Beckley, West Virginia the son of Osley Rose and Margaret Larocco. He married Teresa Rose on September 10, 2005 in Jackson and she survives.

Also surviving are his mother, Margaret, children: Cliff Bradley, Katina Rose, Angel Rose, Michelle Rose, Lloyd (Rebecca) Harris, Jr., Summer Newsome; 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; siblings: Deloris Sanford, Barb Bell, Jimmy (Donna) Rose, Mary (James) Stevens, Samuel Larocco, Loretta Larocco and several nieces, nephews and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his father Osley and brother, Frankie Larocco, sister, Millie May and second-dad, Sam Larocco.

Family was everything to Lloyd; he cherished time spent with his wife, kids and grandkids as well as his dogs. He also loved gardening, watching movies and working on cars. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Lloyd’s family will celebrate his life on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 beginning with visitation at 11:00 AM until the time of his service at 12:00 NOON at J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home, 811 Finley Dr., Albion. He will be laid to rest immediately following services in Tompkins Center Cemetery, Clinton Road/ M-50, Rives Junction, Michigan.
