David Huber and I were Bob's next door neighbors, David for several years and me after David and I met and married.  We always enjoyed talking with Bob, especially as he sat on his screened porch and watched us working outside.  We shared laughs, stories and day to day happenings.  One of the best and last was the story of Bob dealing with a particularly pesky raccoon and confessing to police when they showed up at his door about another neighborhood matter.  The officers said it was definitely a first to have someone open the door and say, yes, I did it.  We greatly enjoyed having Bob as a neighbor.  We miss him already.

I worked with Bob and Susie at Foote while we were all growing up together in critical care. Bob was very caring and compassionate and had a great sense of humor. My condolences to your family. RIP Bob.

This shocked me terribly. I worked with Bob at Albion Community Hospital and became friends with him and Suzi.  My sympathies to his family and may God comfort you at this sad time

I remember him from the hospital as well but most recently when I was involved in a car accident and could not locate my insurance, Bob brought me a copy from Murray-Tymkew office where he was working.
