Ronald Hildebrant

Ronald Hildebrant, 81 of Albion Passed away at his residence. He was born June 18, 1931 in Corunna, Michigan to Leonard and Juanita (Bennett) Hildebrant. On January 7, 1953, he was married to Leona Mae Knickerbocker and she preceded him in death September 11, 2000; he then married Janet Mae Hamilton March 3, 1979 and she is surviving.

He has been a resident of Albion, Michigan for the last 3 years moving here from Apache Junction, Arizona where he lived for the last 24 years. He was a World War II U.S. Army Veteran. He is a member of the Albion Free Methodist Church, a lifetime member of the N.R.A.; He was a Lifetime member of the V.F.W.; He had worked for the Ann Arbor Railroad as a Utility Man; He enjoyed going to the Shooting Range and Woodworking, and he was an Amsoil Salesman at one time.

Besides his wife Janet of Albion, MI, he is survived by 2 Daughters Yvonne (Jay) Stark of Albion; Yvette (Mark) Ludington of Ludington, MI; 3 Sons Edwin (Connie) Hildebrant of Owosso, MI; Elwyn Hildebrant of Jackson, MI; Eldon Hildebrant of Albion, MI; 6 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren; 3 Sisters Zela (Dale ) Seaton of Tahlequah, OK; Beulah Underhill and Lenora (Mark) Rowell both of Owosso, MI; Sister in Law Jean Hildebrant of Joliet, IL; 4 Brothers Raymond Hildebrant and Kenneth (Janet) Hildebrant both of Owosso, MI; Frank Hildebrant of Texas; Lawrence (Sylvia) Hildebrant of Saginaw, MI. Besides his wife Leona, he was preceded in death by 1 Son Everett Hildebrant; 2 Daughter in Laws Debbie and MalRae Hildebrant; 1 Brother Gerry Hildebrant and 1 Sister in Law Edna Hildebrant.

Visitation for Family and Friends will be Saturday November 24, 2012 from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at the Caring Community Church, 1015 Irwin Avenue, Albion, MI 49224. Funeral Services will be Saturday November 24, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Caring Community Church with Rev. Robert Bolton officiating. Burial with Military Honors will be at Ft. Custer National Cemetery-Augusta, Michigan.
