OSBORNE, Junior Ray (Rambo) age 64 of Knoxville passed away on Tuesday June 25, 2013. He was a member of North Shore Baptist church. He was retired from the City of Knoxville. He served with U. S. Army for 14 years during the Vietnam Era. Preceded by parents Pressley and Ruby Mae Osborne, wife Dorothy Hunter Osborne, brothers Pressley (Rawhide) Clarence (Peanut) Yancy and Bill Osborne, Sisters Bonnie Lennon, Barbara Dykes. Survived by Son Johnny Ray Osborne, daughters Cindy and Sheila, granddaughter Isabella Osborne and 8 grandchildren, 6 step children, 15 step grandchildren, brothers Johnny and Homer Osborne, sisters Wanda, Ruby (Cissi) and Loretta and a host of nieces and nephews. Special cousin Sue Freiwald and special step-daughter Anna Worthington. Service will be on Sunday June 30, 2013 at Sherwood Chapel at 3:00 PM with Rev. James Pellom officiating. Visitation will be from 2 -3 prior to the service. Family and friends will meet on Monday at East TN Veterans Cemetery, 2200 East Gov. John Sevier Hwy.,Knoxville, TN 37920 at 1:30 for the interment.
