Every day that you’ve been gone , finds new memories of you. Pictures of the car shows with the Rebel and you and mom, your Christmas tree at the car club Christmas parties, walking past your old house every time I go for a walk and seeing you and mom gardening. Some things you just can’t forget  I will love you forever, Randy

  It is never easy to say goodbye to a great friend and Dad.  In the past few years we spent a lot of time going on walks that involved some great conversations and laughs. It was just nice to have been able to spend that time  with my Dad. Over time the walks got shorter and were eventually accompanied by a walker,  but they almost always ended with a cup of coffee at one of the coffee shops on our path.
  There are many pictures that show Dad's dedication  to his family over the years, and also how he and Mom enjoyed themselves when they were together travelling the world. These pictures help to enhance the memories I have of my Dad, and show how proud he was of his family.
  You were a great Dad and I will  cherish the time we spent together forever . We hope you will spend your next chapter with Darlene and your brothers, sisters and family that have gone before you, that we all know meant so much to you.

I feel much more complete having met and gotten to know you Uncle Jim.  I will always remember our chats on the Lasqueti years.  
You've lived a happy and fulfilling life and will not be forgotten as you've been captured through our memories and the photos of time.
