Shirley was born in Whitehorse, Yukon on July 2, 1932. She lived a long, happy life full of family, friends and laughter. Shirley spent the last 61 years living on her farm where not only her three children were raised, but also many horses, dogs, cats and even a few cows.
Shirley is survived by her daughter Joan Compton (James), son Bob Collins, granddaughter Colleen Cifaldi (Domenic) and her brother Bill Cederberg (Connie).
She was predeceased by her much-loved husband Bill and son Danny.
A celebration of Shirley’s life will be held at her farm on Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 1 to 4 pm.
Friends and family are invited to come and share memories and stories of Shirley, and to toast a wonderful lady who touched so many lives.
