

She was famous in her family or making sure an after-school snack was waiting each and everyday without fail. From warm chocolate cookies to fresh cinnamon rolls. No one ever went hungry when she was around. Just one of the countless ways she showered her family with love.
She enjoyed crocheting, woodworking, and painting. She had an extraordinary talent with crafts of any kind. A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She will be deeply missed.
She is survived by a son Michael Turner (Angela); a daughter Amanda Turner-Bryan; four grandchildren, Lanie Turner, Morgan West, Bradley Baldwin, and Ethan Baldwin; a great granddaughter, Layla Hancock; two siblings, Larry Cossey and Vickie Harmon.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Daniel Turner; one granddaughter Carmen Turner; parents, Bryan and Evelyn Cossey; six siblings, Wayne Cossey, Melvin Cossey, Jerry Cossey, Ira Cossey, Dorene Brown, and Lorene Smith.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, on August 10, 2021 at Pinecrest Funeral Home, 7401 AR-5 N, Alexander, AR. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 am, on August 11, 2021 at West Bauxite Missionary Baptist Church, 5701 Bauxite Hwy, Bauxite, AR with Pastor Robert Lewallen officiating. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
