Alton proudly served his country for 4 years as a United States Marine during the Vietnam War. While serving he received a purple heart and medal of honor.
He enjoyed being at home with his dog and companion, "Jack” and sharing his McDonalds hamburger with him.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son David Reynolds; siblings: Donna (Reynolds) Johnson, Kim Willis, Sheree pasley, Ricky Watkins and Mike Watkins; grandsons: Lance Reynolds and Ryan Reynolds-Hall; and step-mother, Juanita Reynolds.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Alton, Sr. Reynolds and Alice Ruth (Jones) Reynolds; wife, Wanda Reynolds; and son Alton “Chuck” Reynolds, III.
Visitation will be held at 9:00 am, Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Pinecrest Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
