Ella Mae Kliebrink Calfee, 97, of North Little Rock passed away into her Saviors arms on January 16, 2026. Ella Mae was born May 10, 1928, in Mosheim, Texas, the 13th child of Fritz and Louise Kleibrink. Ella Mae married Donald Calfee on February 27, 1948. They had two children: Judy Lee and John Monroe. She was a homemaker who loved and cherished her family. After retirement Ella Mae and Donald moved to Bryant, Arkansas. They attended Indian Springs Baptist Church. After the passing of Donald on February 24, 2011, Ella Mae moved in with her daughter Judy and her husband Eddie Simmons in North Little Rock.
She is survived by her daughter, Judy Simmons; four grandchildren, Cindy Underwood, Melanie Oglesby, Angela Calfee, and Pat Calfee; four great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Donald, son John, and parents Fritz and Louise as well as her twelve siblings.
A funeral service will be held at Pinecrest Funeral Home on Thursday January 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM with a visitation starting one hour prior at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow the service at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
