Franklin D “Teddy” Ohler, age 81, of Benton, passed away September 26, 2023. He was born November 10, 1941, to the late Archie Ohler and Eura (McVay) Ohler in Joiner, Arkansas. Teddy is also preceded in death by his siblins: Nina Hayden, Amy Stovall, Thelma Barber, A. E. Ohler, Genevia See, Ruby Ohler, Floyd Ohler, Robert Ohler, Darrell Ohler, Elsie Dewitt, Helen McCullan Huff, and Sue Morton.
Teddy is survived by his wife, Linda Ohler; sons, Alvin Ohler (Kat), and Dickie Ohler (Caroline); grandchildren: Justin Ohler (Tara), Britain Owens, Shelby McVey (Matthew), Lee Dandy, and Eric White; and his great-grandchildren: Hayden Hunter, Jaxon Hunter, Riley Hunter, Aubrey Holland, Freya Ohler, and Holden McVey.
Visitation will be 10:00 AM, Saturday September 30, 2023 at Pinecrest Funeral Home, 7401 Hwy 5 N, Alexander, AR 72002. Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday September 30, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Forest Hills Cemetery in Alexander.
Active Pallbearers are: Hayden Hunter, Jaxon Hunter, Shane Nichols, Dustin Ashley, Dicky Hurst, and Buddy Brewer. Honorary Pallbearers are Frankie Jewel and Peck Jewel.
Franklin will be laid to rest in Forest Hills Cemetery, 10201 Highway 5 N, Alexander, AR 72002.
