

She was very beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend to many people. She loved flowers and working in her yard. Joyce also enjoyed collecting antiques and chickens.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 55 years, Haskell Hall Kelley; son, Byron Harvey Kelley from Saline County, Arkansas; two brothers, Billy Bob Belote and Jack Belote from Bivins, Texas.
She is survived two sisters, Sybill Allen of Texas City, Texas, Hazel Snelsgrove of Bivins, Texas; two daughters, Alicia Diane Bush of Cabot, Arkansas, Karen Kay Ham of East End, Arkansas; three granddaughters, Ericka Gail Bush of Cabot, Rose Marie Bradford of East End, Arkansas, Tracy Ann Hudson( Adam) of Bauxite, Arkansas; four great grandchildren, Hayleigh Hathcock, Carver Senteney, September Cook, and Hadley Seyller as well as three great great grandchildren, Jaxson Hatchcock, Jacob Hathcock, and Jazmine Hathcock; many nieces, nephews, family and friends. She will be loved and missed by many.
A funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025, at 1:00 PM with a private family viewing at 12:00 PM at Pinecrest Funeral Home (7401 AR-5, Alexander, Arkansas 72002). Burial will be held at a later date at Kildare Cemetery in Bivins, Texas.
