Rebecca was born on May 23, 1959 in Santa Clara, California to the late Sam & Mary Allen. Mandy was a 1977 graduate of Glen Rose High School in Malvern, Arkansas. She went on to obtain her nursing degree and worked at Benton Services Center until her retirement.
Mandy was a member of the Church of Christ.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Carl Hall and brother Sam Allen.
Mandy is survived by two children Beth (Chris) Tubberville of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Christopher Freeman of Benton, Arkansas; grandson Lance Tubberville; brothers John (Susan) Allen of Texarkana, Texas, Tom (Katrina) Allen of Rogers, Arkansas and sister Bonnie (BJ) Patterson of Mabelvale, Arkansas; sister-in-law Donna Allen of Waynesville, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services led by Matthew Allen will be in Pinecrest Cemetery in the near future.
