He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Jane; his sisters: Laveta Reed of Jacksonville, Arkansas and Rita (Warren) Woolf of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; 3 children: Rob (Jeana) Kelley of Benton, Arkansas Jeff (Sheri) Kelley of Alma, Arkansas and Melanie (John) May of Downers Grove, Illinois; 6 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
