Roland Robert Morgan, age 92, of Maumelle, Arkansas passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025. He was born on January 23, 1933, in New Haven, CT to the late Roland Carey and Agnes Morgan. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Calvin Morgan.
Those left to cherish Bob's memories include his wife, Ruth Morgan; son, Robert P. Morgan; daughter-in-law, Diane Morgan; grandson, Matthew R. Morgan and wife, Savanah Morgan; brother, Charles Morgan and wife, Katie Morgan; as well as many other beloved nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Bob was a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and went on to serve his country honorably in the Air Force during the aftermath of the Korean War. He then spent 30 years working for IBM and then the Little Rock School District before finally retiring to be an avid golfer.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association.
