We will miss Gene so dearly. Gene was one of our original players for the Miracle League of Alexandria program. His smile and excitement to play baseball was so warm and meant so much to me over the years. He and Mike were two of our brightest stars! Goodbye old friend, I will miss you.

Gene was always positive, smiling and a pleasure to chat with. The Redskins have lost one of their biggest fans. Steve and I are so sorry to hear of this terrible loss.

With heartfelt sympathy to Mary, David and Michael. Gene was always so outgoing no matter where you saw him. He was the "go to" man with any sports question and he knew every team stat! He was always happy to see you. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
