Cosmotologist
Loretta Francis Pare’-Bowles-Watstein, 51 who worked as a cosmetologist in the Washington DC area for the past 25 years, died at Inova Mount Vernon Medical Center on 23 July 2013.
Loretta graduated from Stebbins High School in Dayton , Ohio in 1981.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Norma Jean Pare’, her mother Lorraine Pare’; and her father Joseph N. Pare’ Sr. She is survived by her brothers George , James, John and Joseph Jr. Pare’, and her sister Kathyleen Pare’. She is also survived by her beloved daughter Ellyce Lorraine Bowles, and many devoted friends.
Loretta will be missed and remembered for her loving kindness, infectious sense of humor, undying generosity, and her love of life, dance and music.
Her memorial service will be held at the DeMaine Funeral Home in Old Towne, Virginia on 3 August 2013 at 1100.
