

Died of natural causes in Warrenton, VA on May 9, 2012 at the age of 84. Born in Washington, DC on March 17, 1928; Mrs. Hasle was a graduate of George Washington High School in Alexandria, VA. She later moved to the Mount Vernon area where she resided for more than fifty years. Mrs. Hasle was a retired Federal employee having spent most of her career as a personnel specialist for the US Army. She is survived by her husband of more than 60 years, Kenneth Hasle of Warrenton, VA. She is also survived by son, Michael Hasle of Alexandria, VA; daughter, Patricia Hasle of Haymarket, VA; son, James Hasle of Anchorage, Alaska and son, Kenneth Hasle of Warrenton, VA; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Gladys Pickett of Alexandria, VA.
A viewing will be held on TODAY, Saturday May 12 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Demaine Funeral Home, 520 South Washington Street, in Alexandria, VA. A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 14 at 1 p.m. at Saint Aidan's Episcopal Church where she was a parishioner for more than fifty years. Saint Aidan's Church is located at 8531 Riverside Road, Alexandria, VA.
