

He was born in Steubenville, OH, on September 5, 1946. He graduated from New Matamoras High School and received Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Education degrees from Miami University in Oxford, OH.
He was married to Betty Ann Skunda on December 27, 1966.
Charles worked with the Mansfield City Schools as an administrator and principal for over 30 years.
He was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and Elks 56 Lodge, and had a passion for teaching and helping children, reading, golf, boating and baseball. Charles enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed sharing jokes, laughs, and hugs with them.
He is survived by his wife Betty Webster, son Dr. Charles T. Webster (wife Michelle Webster and grandchildren Abbie Webster and Kayla Webster), daughter Maria Hesselbart (husband Matt Hesselbart and grandchildren Hanna Hesselbart and Hilary Hesselbart), brother Colonel Thomas L. Webster, retired.
A Memorial Service will be at 4:00 pm, Sunday, February 10, 2019.
