Frances L. Cook "Fritz" was born on March 23, 1920 in Minneapolis, Minnesota andpassed away on February 14, 2018 in Altamonte Springs, Florida andis under the care of Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home.
Memorial Service will be held on February 28, 2018 at 4:00 pm at The Episcopal Church of the Resurrection.
