

Age 92, went home to be with his loving savior.
Harris was born in Richland County, North Dakota. He graduated from Patrick Henry High School,
Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1946 following which he moved to South Dakota, where he met, and married His wife
of 70 years, Arlene Nicola.
Harris was a long term resident of Village on the Green, Longwood, Florida. He was an active volunteer within his community
assisting in the library, calling bingo, and leading fund raising efforts to provide scholarships for student employees. He was a miniature railroad builder
and donated a room sized, operating, model train platform, to the Village on the Green for the enjoyment of other residents.
Harris served his country, both, in the United States Air Force, and in his 30 plus years working with Lockheed International.
Harris was preceded in death by his parents, Nels and Edna Berger and Step Mother, Iolene Berger.
Harris is survived by his wife of 70 years, Arlene, his brothers, Erling. (Terry), Neuman. (Dianna), Sisters. LaVonne. (Edward), Ivadell, and many nieces and nephews
There is no funeral service planned. Memorials may be made to Village on the Green Scholarship Fund.
