He was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, on June 21, 1939.
He had a long and distinguished career as a Chef, having worked at some of the finest hotels and restaurants in New York and the Caribbean.
He was survived by two daughters, Katherine and Michelle, five grandchildren, Erick, Krystle, Michael, Frankie and Jasmine, twelve great grandchildren, sister, Veronica; and brother, Efren.
He was an extraordinary man, father, grand-father, great grand-father, brother, uncle and friend and we no doubt that he will live on in heaven as extraordinarily as he did in life!
Visitation will be held at SE Funeral Homes of Florida LLC, located at 994 E Altamonte Dr, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701, on January 21, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
A Memorial Service will follow at the same location on January 21, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
