Jose "Joe" Antonio Astacio, age 94, of Altamonte Springs, Florida passed away on Monday, July 28, 2025. He was born in Naguabo, Puerto Rico on November 15, 1930. Jose graduated from Atlantic Union College and received a degree in Business Administration. He was married to Irma Luz Borrero Astacio on June 29, 1958. Jose had a career in finance for Xerox, Westinghouse, Coleman Research/Martin Marietta. Jose was a school board member (FLEEC), church board member, and part of the finance committee for the Altamonte Springs SDA Church.
Jose is survived by his daughters, Jeannette Astacio, Lisa Steiner, and Becky Lee; grandchildren, Dylon Cruz, Caitlin Andrews, Chad Steiner, Chase Steiner, Cassidy Steiner, Ashlynn Millis, and Mikaelynn Millis.
