James married Margaret Nesdall on May 31, 1952 and had four children, James Gilman, Rebecca Ann, Holly Marie, and Drew Nesdall. His working career spanned twelve organizations and vocations, primarily as a Mechanical Engineer acquiring thirteen patents along the way and was head of several engineering departments. At semi-retirement he played a High Priest at the Holy Land Experience, and finally became an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. His hobbies included various styles of painting where his art is displayed in many homes and Doctor’s offices. He served twenty years at the Orange County Correctional Facility in Orlando as a Bible teacher and conducted a small home group for sixteen years. He also served as an Altar Minister at Calvary Orlando for several years. He was an extensive Bible researcher and has created many Bible teachings, even making them into booklets for his small home group. James was highly respected, was a very intellectual, talented, and honest man. His family and many others loved him very deeply and he knew he was very blessed! Words cannot express how much he will be missed…but we know we will meet him one day again in heavenly glory! Praise God!
