Mr. Toby "TC" Meyer

Toby was born on October 22, 1941, in Appleton, Wisconsin. He spent his life in faithful service to his country, dedicating 45 years to the U.S. Navy and the Department of Defense. His deep patriotism and unwavering commitment to protecting our nation defined much of his life's work.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Toby was a loving husband, father, and friend. He is survived by his devoted wife of 61 years, Doralee, and their children Tammy, Craig, and Heidi, all of whom carry his strength and values forward.

Toby was known for his quiet humility, his fierce love of country, and his deep care for those around him. He believed in duty, honor, and the importance of family. He will be remembered for his wisdom, integrity, and the deep pride he took in both his service and his role as a father and husband.

The family will host guests for visitation from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 994 East Altamonte Drive, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32701. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm with interment to follow in All Faiths Memorial Park, 1390 Park Dr, Casselberry, FL 32707.
