She was born on December 28, 1947 in Borger, Texas to Arthur and Cora Smirl.
Catherine was a loving Mother, always taking care of her home and family. She loved reading mysteries, westerns, and Christian books. Catherine was passionate about Crocheting and Embroidery. Her other favorites included camping, fishing, enjoyed playing games with her family.
Catherine is survived by her sons; Graland Matthews and Kevin Matthews, her daughter; Jessica Matthews, 8 Grandchildren, 1 Great-Grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her parents; O.M. Greenwood passing in April 10, 1999 and Cora Lee Greenwood passing December 26, 2010, Husband; Andrew A. Matthews passing in September 9, 2010, two brothers; Arthur Lee Smirl passing on December 10, 2016 and Richard Smirl passing on January 16, 2015.
Catherine will be missed by both family and friends.
