Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 E. Interstate 40.
Mike was born Nov. 8, 1958, in Amarillo to Dan and Edith Davis. He was married to Mary Victoria for 19 years, and they had five wonderful children together.
Mike was a skilled carpenter and computer genius who also loved the outdoors. He was passionate about the gospel of Jesus Christ.
He was preceded in death by his father and a son, Jesse.
Survivors include his former wife, Vicki Johnston; six children, Keidonya Andrus and Michael Davis of Midlothian, Shelia Lankford of Waxahachie, Jason Davis of Dallas and Kimberly and Corey Davis of Amarillo; nine grandchildren; his mother, Edith Davis of Amarillo; two sisters, Guruparwaz Khalsa of Raytown, Mo., and Debra Blalock of Amarillo; and a brother, Mark Davis of Midland.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Danny “Mike” Davis memorial fund at Amarillo National Bank.
