He was born on July 29, 1954 in Pecos, Texas.
David was a big hearted man who loved his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by Fred and Barbara Pickett.
David is survived by his older brother Donald Pickett and wife Gale of Amarillo, Freddie Pickett of Ft. Worth, Cody Pickett, nieces Tricia Dominguez and Christina McMahan of Amarillo, 3 great nephews John, Nathan, Jaydan, and one great niece Alaina.
He will be missed by both family and friends.
