Jeanette Lopez

Jeanette Alice Lopez, aged 46, of Amarillo, Texas, passed away on March 15, 2025. She was born on February 8, 1979, to Jeff and Ramona Honshiko in Amarillo. Jeanette was a devoted grandmother whose life revolved around her grandchildren. Her love and dedication to those precious little ones were unparalleled. Known for her kindness and vibrant spirit, Jeanette was a wonderful person both inside and out. She found joy in listening to music and cherishing moments spent driving around with her daughter, Makila. Always willing to lend a helping hand, Jeanette was there for others whenever they needed her, no matter the time or place. Her unwavering support and compassion left a lasting impact on everyone lucky enough to know her. Above all, her greatest achievement was being a loving memaw to her grandchildren, whom she adored dearly.

Jeanette is survived by her daughters, McKenzie Mitchell and Makila Mitchell; her mother, Ramona Cisneros; her stepfather, Ramon Cisneros; her stepmother, Cindy Honshiko; her brother, John Paul Cisneros; and her sisters, Suzanne McCormick, Stela Reeder, Beatrice Cisneros, Angela Wilson, and Destiny Cisneros. She is also survived by her four cherished grandchildren: Aiden Munoz, Angel Terrazas, Raelynn Bolton, and Peyton Bolton.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jeff Honshiko, who passed away in 2016, and her brother, Daniel Cisneros, who passed away in 2020.

Jeanette will be dearly missed by her family and friends, who will always carry her memory in their hearts.
