Max Allen Black, 77 of Amarillo passed away September 30, 2015. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 5, 2015 at Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with Pastor Jerry Davey officiating. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 5, 2015 at Fairlawn Cemetery in Elk City, Oklahoma by Memorial Park Funeral Home, 6969 I-40 East. Max was born April 14, 1938 in Duke, Oklahoma to Joe Early and Mary Myrtle Black. He was a loving and devoted husband, brother, uncle and friend who will be greatly missed. Max is survived by his brothers, Joe Wayne Black, Rodney Paul Black and Gary D. Black.
