Steve was born on September 9, 1953 in Newton, Kansas to O.B. & Ruby Fox and went home to play the “Blues” with Jesus on December 30, 2010. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era in Germany. Steve married Christina Rackley on July 19, 1986. He worked for Amarillo State Center as a house parent teaching and overseeing clients in a group home. His last employment was at Northwest Texas Pavilion Hospital as a mental health technician. Steve was a local musician and artist. His passion in life was sharing the love of Jesus Christ. He was a member of Pinnacle Community Church and of The Hard Core Motorcycle Ministries.
