A celebration of her life will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Memorial Park Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Vickie was born in Amarillo, Texas, to Ray and Ima Loftin. She later met and married the love of her life, Jay Robinson. Together, they shared 51 wonderful years of marriage until his passing in 2023.
Vickie was strong-willed, loving, and outgoing. She deeply valued her family, always putting them first. Known for speaking her mind in the most loving way, she had a heart full of compassion and a spirit full of life. She enjoyed riding horses, spending time watering her yard and flowers, and family cookouts, all of which brought her great joy and peace. She adored her 5 wild and free spirited great grandsons.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Jay.
Left to cherish her memory are her brother, Kale Loftin; her daughter, Shonda McCleskey, and husband Wyman; granddaughters Bree Clower and husband Coy, along with their children Kutter and Klancy; Kayla Nivens and husband Chance(Chad), and their children Krayton, Kestyn, and Rodey; her son, Jason Robinson, and wife Davon, along with their family.
Vickie’s legacy of love, strength, and family devotion will continue to live on through all who knew and loved her.
