Vinh is survived by his wife Muoi Diep, sons Thien, Lac, Hiep and Khuong Lam, daughters Nhu, Thanh, Chi and Bic Lam and 18 grandchildren.

A graveside service will occur Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 4:00 PM at Memorial Park Cemetery, 6969 East Interstate 40, Amarillo, Texas 79118.
