We feel so incredibly blessed to have known Evelyn. She was an incredible woman, wife, mother and grandmother. She was caring, kind and giving. I know her legacy will live on in her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed. Praying the Lord surrounds you all with his Love, Peace and Grace.

Aunt Evelyn was a wonderful woman that I was given the pleasure to call her Auntie. She'll be forever missed be all.

My fondest memories of Evelyn go way back as she was the momma of my oldest friend since we were 3. My deepest condolences to the Moncayo family. I have known the family for almost all of my life. Lisa Moncayo is one of my best of friends and I had the honor to meet her parents and brother Anthony. When I met Evelyn  Moncayo for the first time I was at aww on how beautiful she was and that friendly smile she always had. I remember the many many  rides to or from school that I will never forget and be so thankful for.. I want to thank you for those many other times you were there for me!🩷 You will truly be missed not only by your family but from many others who have been blessed to have known you!
