Harold Pfenninger

Harold passed away peacefully on January 23, 2018 in Yorba Linda, CA at the age of 93. Harold was born in Bedford, Ohio to Erhard and Minnie Pfenninger on May 7, 1924. He married Delores Dreher on August 23, 1952 in Cleveland, Ohio. He worked as an Electrician for Ford Aerospace in Newport Beach and the Long Beach Naval Shipyards. Harold loved camping and fishing. Harold was a Veteran of World War II and served in the Army.

Harold was involved in the coin club and enjoyed bingo at Leisure World, Seal Beach where he lived for more than 30 years. He also belonged to the Westminster VFW Post 555 and Volunteered at the Veterans Hospital in Long Beach, CA

Harold is survived by his two daughters Diana Swenson and Karen Wells: 5 grandchildren Richard, Jeremy, Brandon, Nicholas and Brianne, 6 great-grandchildren Ashlie, Kathern, Kamiryn, Alekzandra, Jayden, Sage and 1 great-great grandchild Trent. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Harold is preceded in death by his wife Delores, 2 brothers Alfred and Carl and 3 sisters Orie, Edna and Louise.

Committal Service will be held Friday March 2, at 1:30 p.m. at the Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside CA.
