Jimmy Don Wyble Junior tragically passed away on Saturday, August 12th while doing yard work at his home. Jimmy was born August 13th, 1972 to Jimmy Don Wyble Senior and Patricia Wyble in Higginsville, Missouri. In his childhood, Jimmy was an adventurous, fun-loving, yet quiet kid. He loved everything from Star Wars, organizing sports games with the neighborhood, and playing war and ghosts and the graveyard with his brother. Jimmy was competitive in sports and the best cheater when it came to family Monopoly night… and he would admit it. He graduated high school in 1990 where he lettered in football, basketball, and baseball.
He attended college and studied Physical Education at Northwest Missouri State University. He then went on to receive his master’s degree in administration at Williams Wood University. Jimmy or better known as ‘Coach Wyble’ spent 20 years making an impact at Troy Middle School. He cherished his time as an Athletic Director, head football coach, and 8th-grade PE teacher. Jimmy not only loved the Dallas Cowboys but Northwest Bearcats, and Iowa Hawkeyes.
In 1996 Jimmy met Lori Bonanno in Caroll, Iowa and love bloomed. They then had their first child, Mckenzie, and were married in 1998. They then settled in Troy, Missouri where they proceeded to have three other children, Peyton, Jackson, and Delaney. Jimmy was the best dad ever. He showed them how to become hardworking, loyal, independent, and kind. If he weren’t watching the Dallas Cowboys, he would be on the sidelines coaching every one of his kids or being the best dance dad out there. Outside of sports, the Wyble family participated in many dance parties where music ranged from ACDC, Nickelback, Mariah Carey, and Juicy J.
Jimmy’s dance moves won over Lori’s heart. They spent 27 wonderful years together where they enjoyed traveling, attending concerts, and quality time. Jimmy will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all those he touched.
He is survived by his wife Lori, daughters Mckenzie, Peyton, Delaney, and son Jackson Wyble. Brother, Bryce (Jen) Wyble of Troy, Missouri. Kimberly (Frank) Bonanno of Ankeny, Iowa. Nieces and nephews; Blake, Dillon, Connor, Jarrett, Hannah, Tabethia, Frankie Jo, Giovanni, Jacob, Harrison, Anthony, Caleb, Adalynn. Aunts, Sherry and Bob Bruns, of Ashland, Missouri, and Susie Brisch of Columbia, Missouri, and many cousins. Lastly, he is survived by his dogs, Duke and Sophie.
Waiting on the other side for him were his parents Jimmy Don Wyble Senior and Patricia Wyble. Grandparents, Willma (B) Monro Dale, Bernard and Isabella Bruns, Cliff Wyble, and brother-in-law Beau Bonanno.
For the visitation, in honor of Jimmy, wear your Dallas Cowboys, Iowa Hawkeye, or Northwest Missouri State gear. Any sports team that reminds you of Jimmy is welcome or whatever you feel comfortable in.
