Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Ankeny Funeral Home, 1510 West 1st Street, Ankeny, Iowa 50023. There will be a one-hour Visitation before the service at the funeral home beginning at 10:00 am. Burial will immediately follow the service at Berwick Cemetery, 6200 NE Berwick Dr, Ankeny, IA 50021.
Sabrina was a loyal, honest, trustworthy person. She had an AMAZING SOUL. A person with a true heart of GOLD. Everyone she met fell in love with her, and she touched so many lives. She loved animals, especially her fur babies, chickens, and ducks. She loved Domino, the stray rooster that came into her life. She loved to garden as well. She graduated from Saydel High School in 2010.
Sabrina worked at Hy-Vee, Aldi’s, and Saydel High School. She was the best Director of Operations at Ace Essential Services. She volunteered at the Animal Rescue League in her free time.
She is survived by her lifelong companion and her SOULMATE, Korey Avery; her father, Walter “Jeff” Fields; brother, Jeff “Curtis” Fields; two sisters, Laurie Fields and Tiffany Fields; nieces, Alevia Riveros, Nova “Jo” Riveros; nephews, Albert Ponx Jr., and Alex, and Juan Riveros, her cousin that she looked up to as a mother, Mary Ramirez; her fur baby, Dood, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. The AMAZING lady she calls mom, Barb Ruebel.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Florence “Lori” Jarman Fields; brother, Travis Jarman; aunt, Connie Wren; paternal grandparents, Walter and Elnora Fields; maternal grandparents, Howard and Evelyn “Mary” Jarman, and her fur babies, Zoee, Llivia, Stanlee.
