

Chuck was born on May 27, 1950, in Detroit, Michigan, to Betty and Leon Plotts. He grew up in Detroit and attended Chadsey High School. Later in life, he spent most of his years in the Howell area, which he came to call home.
Chuck proudly served his country as a paratrooper in the Vietnam War. After returning home, he dedicated many years to working in automotive parts manufacturing, a career that reflected his strong work ethic and reliability.
He had a deep love for music, especially Bob Seger and The Beatles, and enjoyed relaxing at home watching television, particularly Maury and The Steve Wilkos Show. Chuck treasured time spent with his family, especially his sister and his daughters, and he took great pride and joy in being a grandpa.
An animal lover at heart, Chuck had a special affection for dogs, most of all his beloved Chihuahua, Peewee, who brought him endless companionship and comfort.
Chuck is survived by his three daughters; Stephanie (Bobby Adams) Plotts, Sara Jones, and Stacey (Mike) Pitters, his grandchildren; Alana Johnson, Christian Cartwright, Owen Pitters, and Lillyana Pitters, and his dear siblings Andrea Plotts and Jerry Plotts. He is also survived by his life long friends Kathy and Jeff Caudill, and many nieces and nephews.
Chuck is preceded in death by his siblings, Larry, Judy, Donnie, Mary Lou, Susan and Jack, and his dear granddaughter Jewell Hicks who passed away in 2004.
Chuck will be remembered for his service, his devotion to family, his love of music, and the simple joys that made him happiest. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
