Makayla May Seig, 36 passed away Friday, February 23, 2018. Makayla is survived by her three children; Sean (11), Addison (8) and Jordyn (5); her parents, Tim and Linda McCarthy; her sister Josie McCarthy; Grandmother, Marilyn McCarthy; Grandfather, Paul Scheffler; Aunts and Uncles; Tom (Belle) McCarthy, Deb (Steve) Spencer. As a lover of animals, she is survived by her Collie, Charlie.
Makayla was a lifelong resident of this area; living in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. She graduated from Pioneer High in 1999.
Her greatest passion were her children. She was very proud of their accomplishments and enjoyed spending time with them.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions to a college fund for the 3 children.
